Craigellachie Bridge. We happened to be driving down the road and saw this bridge and decided to check it out. |

Macallan distillery. Now this is my favorite scotch; I decided against doing a tour of the distillery because it was 2 hours and we had already done the tour at the Aberlour distillery. I couldn’t imagine that anything was going to be much different in the process. The store was relatively small, we did have a tasting and I did end up buying my self a special bottle that will probably not be opened for a while. I also learned that they have other years that I didn’t know about and some of them are destined for France only; probably why I never heard about them. I have found a new favorite though; it is the Macallan 15, feel free to buy me a bottle any time you like. |

Elgin Cathedral. This place was one of my favorites, I could have easily stayed here all day and shot pictures. |

I went ahead and took this picture with the people in it so you could get an idea as of to the size of the building. |

The detail in the headstones was amazing. The one on the far right, the flowers were raised up off the cross by a good inch or so. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken to make something like that. |

This was a cool little bench they had sitting out at the Dalmore distillery. |
The Dalmore store where my father had no problem picking up another bottle of good scotch. |
Glenmorangie distillery. I had never had this scotch before but my dad had and thought it was pretty good. We were in the area and decided to check it out. We both ended up purchasing a sampler pack that they had and I’m glad I did because it is actually pretty good. |
